Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator (Full Time Position) Posted June 27th 2010

We are looking for a person who is self motivated, can work independently, prides themselves on their level of accuracy, displays diplomacy and genuinely likes working with people. Your clients, our staff depend on you being able to interpret the world of payroll and benefits, arrange training courses, and resolve personnel issues with them.

Our Management team needs a clear picture of our financial position and relies on the Financial Officer for that information. Working as a team, the Bookkeeper will compile data, share information and assist in the building of these the reports when requested.

Skills required

Experiance with computerized accounting and payroll systems.

A strong base in accounting principles and practices

A high level of Accuracy, Reliability and Problem Solving skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask

Experiance required

Several years experience in bookkeeping & accounting

Working knowledge of Quick Books and MS office tools

Building Supply Counter Sales - (Full Time Position) Posted June 15th 2010

We are currently taking applications from individuals to work at our fast paced lumber desk. Knowledge of building supplies would be an asset however full training will be given to the successful candidate.

You must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills when dealing with our retail and contractor customers.

Additional inventory/stocking duties require you to be physically fit (heavy lifting is required)

Weekend shifts will be required.

Lumber Yard - (Full Time Position)

We are currently taking applications from individuals who enjoy working outdoors, rain or shine. Applicants with forklift experience would be an asset.

Valid class 5 or higher license is required with clean abstract. You must be physically fit (heavy lifting is required)
