POSITION: GARDEN CENTRE MANAGER/BUYER
Invermere Hardware is looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead a team in their fast paced, customer oriented, Mark Cullen approved garden centre.
TASKS/RESPONSIBILITY
Helping customers, combined with team management, purchasing, stocking and overall running of this department
Inventory Management
General merchandising and proper maintenance of products
Follow through with customers questions and requests using outstanding customer service skills
MAJOR REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of horticultural products - minimum 3 years experience
Pesticide Dispenser - training will be given if licence has expired
Professional Customer Service and Employee Support Skills
Team player, Self Motivated, Self Directed, Attention to detail
Work effectively in a fast paced environment
Complete tasks and delegate workload appropriately
Accept responsibility for department performance
