Don Miller (Manager) has a great Team of in-store Partners working with him. From support staff in freight clearing, to cashiers at the other end of the line, pride, dedication and product knowledge serve our customers well.

Don also offers a great product sourcing tool, through the HomeInfo software, provided by Home Hardware Stores Ltd. Any product in the Home Hardware System can be viewed with graphics, description and pricing lists. The HomeInfo system then advises us on Stock availability, price and delivery time.

Don's staff will order any item in the Home System, and if it's not in the Home System, he will attempt to find it elsewhere. It is seldom a customer leaves the store without being satisfied that we at the least tried to get him what he needed.
This type of customer service is the motto of our store. Teamwork, dedication to our customers, and a family old time country like atmosphere. Why,.... quite often in the fall when a chill creeps into the air, a stove is lit, in the middle of the store, and people warm themselves around it while chatting with friends. It's called just being neighborly.
